Job Description
Position: Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients and introduce available real estate opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with interested clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
- Assist and accommodate clients during site visits whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and handle follow-ups effectively.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
