Job Description
Real Estate Sales Team Leader who is Responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Manage lead generation, customer follow-ups, property site visits, negotiations, and sales closures. Train and support sales executives, monitor team performance, develop effective sales strategies, and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and contribute to overall business growth.
