Urgent Hiring

Position: Relationship Manager

Grade: Senior Officer

Job Location: Major Cities across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh


Eligibility:

Qualification: BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, M.Com or MBA

Engineering Graduates, Diploma Engineers & CA candidates are not eligible


Freshers are eligible


Age: Below 25 years


Gender: Male candidates only


Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of local languages
  • Customer handling & relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel within the local area


Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering 360-Degree Banking solutions including accounts, deposits, loans, payments, digital banking that meet the needs of our customers
  • Acquiring and Onboarding New Customer to the Bank through generating own leads and conversion of assigned leads 


Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹3.12 LPA – ₹3.84 LPA
  • Salary depends on the city of posting
  • Incentives: Up to ₹40,000
  • Bank working days
  • 15 Days Training in Mumbai after selection
