Job Description

A restaurant manager will be responsible to:

Oversees the daily operations of the restaurant.

Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Supervise and train restaurant staff.

Prepare employee duty schedules and manage shifts.

Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

Manage inventory and order food and supplies when needed.

Handle customer complaints and resolve problems quickly.

Monitor sales, expenses, and overall restaurant profits.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Work to improve restaurant performance and increase business growth.
