Retail Store Manager

Looking for a enthusiastic and responsible store manager who can own the below responsibilities and balance the harmony of the store.

 • Set performance goals and coach the team to improve sales and service.

 • Manage shifts, track attendance, and resolve workplace conflicts.

• Sales & Financial Performance

 • Drive sales targets and implement promotional strategies or in-store events.

 • Manage store Profit & Loss (P&L), monitor operating budgets, and control expenses.

 • Analyze sales data and daily or monthly reports to identify growth opportunities.

• Inventory & Stock Control

 • Oversee product ordering, merchandising, deliveries, and stock rotation (such as FIFO).

 • Conduct regular stock audits, physical inventory counts, and cycle checks.

 • Implement shrinkage control and loss prevention strategies to minimize pilferage or waste.

• Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

 • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, lighting, safety, and organization.

 • Arrange product displays, promotional signage, and layout plans according to brand guidelines.

• Customer Service & Operations

 • Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and service recovery.

 • Ensure smooth cash handling, daily billing, and POS (Point of Sale) operations.

 • Enforce compliance with local retail regulations, health standards, and safety protocols.

 • Coordinate with head office, in store employees, or external suppliers.
