Job Description

  • Customer Enquiry ManagementReceive and respond to customer enquiries through calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Record enquiries and forward them to the concerned sales executives.
  • Follow up with customers regarding elevator requirements and project details.
  • Quotation PreparationPrepare and send quotations for elevators based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for pricing and specifications.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and maintain quotation records.
  • Sales Team CoordinationCoordinate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and sales executives.
  • Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and follow-up calls.
  • Track daily sales activities and update the sales pipeline.
  • Order ProcessingPrepare and maintain sales order documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, installation, and service departments.
  • Track order status and communicate updates to customers.
  • Documentation and ReportingMaintain customer databases, enquiry registers, quotation records, and order files.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Update CRM software and Excel records.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Support the resolution of customer queries by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Payment Follow-upCoordinate with customers and the accounts department regarding pending payments.
  • Track payment milestones and share updates with the sales team.
