About the Role

We are looking for confident, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales & Relationship Executives. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, building strong relationships, generating business, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective customers through calls.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable matrimonial services.
• Invite customers to the branch for detailed discussions and consultations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain membership plans and convert enquiries into paid memberships.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the team and contribute towards branch targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
