Job Description
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and day-to-day financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash and bank balances.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and preparation of financial statements.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
- Maintain purchase invoices, sales invoices, vouchers, and other financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required by management.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures.
