We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead who can take ownership of technical projects, guide development teams, ensure quality delivery, and contribute to technology and architecture decisions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor developers and technical team members.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
• Lead end-to-end development of web and software projects.
• Review code and ensure coding standards, security, performance, and quality.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct technical discussions, code reviews, and development planning.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Business Development teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Estimate development effort, timelines, resources, and technical requirements.
• Manage development environments, deployments, integrations, and releases.
• Identify technical risks and proactively resolve project bottlenecks.
• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, AI tools, and development practices.
• Ensure projects follow proper documentation, version control, testing, and deployment processes.
• Participate in client discussions when technical clarification or solution presentation is required.
• Support the organization in building reusable frameworks, components, and technical processes.

• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Previous experience in a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or equivalent leadership role preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and team-management abilities.
