Job Description
Collection Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, providing payment reminders, and following up on pending dues. The role involves negotiating suitable repayment plans while maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding overdue and pending payments.
- Provide payment reminders and explain outstanding amounts.
- Follow up with customers and negotiate realistic repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate call details and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
- Follow company policies and legal guidelines during the collection process.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 per month
