Job Description – Telecaller & Sales ExecutiveCompany: BingeNFeast, Abids, Hyderabad

1. 1. Roles & Responsibilities :Call potential customers and respond to incoming enquiries about private theatre and celebration packages.
2. Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales pitching, objection handling, and regular follow-ups.
3. Understand customer requirements, including occasion, budget, number of guests, and preferred booking date.
4. Maintain accurate customer details, call records, follow-up schedules, and booking updates using MS Excel and computer systems.
5. Explain offers, coordinate with the team for booking confirmations, and submit daily sales reports to management.

• 2. Performance Metrics & TargetsDaily Calling Target: 80–100 calls per day.
• Lead Follow-ups: 100% of assigned follow-ups completed on time.
• Lead Management: All assigned leads updated daily in Excel or the company system.
• Conversion Target: 5–10% of qualified leads converted into confirmed bookings, subject to lead quality.
• Sales Target: Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets set by management.
• Reporting: Submit daily reports covering calls made, customers interested, follow-ups pending, and bookings confirmed.
• 3. Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic MS Excel and computer operating knowledge.
• Customer handling, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience: Telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
