Account Executive (Accounting)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records.
• Prepare sales and purchase invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Support monthly financial statements, expense tracking, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely payments and collections.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST procedures.
• Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Accuracy, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive professional who can independently handle routine accounting activities and support the company's financial operations.
