Accountant

We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our CA firm. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, handling taxation-related assignments, and maintaining accurate financial records for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
• Record and maintain purchase, Invoices, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements.
• Handle GST return preparation, filing, and related compliance activities.
• Handle Professional Tax (PT) calculations, payments, return filing, and related compliance.
• Assist with TDS calculations, return filing, and statutory compliance.
• Support Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and other tax-related assignments.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and proper client documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to collect necessary financial information and documents.

Requirements & Skills

• Female candidates preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Basic to good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
