Job Description

  • Handle student and parent counselling, admission enquiries and follow-ups.
  • Manage admission records and coordinate the complete admission process.
  • Maintain student fee collection data, pending dues and payment follow-ups.
  • Handle student databases, Excel sheets, MIS reports and documentation.
  • Conduct student calling and send official WhatsApp messages, SMS and updates.
  • Coordinate placement activities, job opportunities, internships and campus recruitment drives.
  • Manage student registrations, placement records and recruitment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with faculty, accounts, administration and placement teams.
  • Take up additional institutional responsibilities as per management requirements.
