Assistant Manager/Lead - HR

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Lead – HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations, with key responsibility for Hiring, Onboarding, Payroll, Employee

Lifecycle Management, and Statutory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from manpower planning and sourcing to offer release and joining.
• Drive employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and HRMS updates.
• Manage and coordinate monthly payroll, including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and Full & Final Settlement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and etc.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, HR documentation, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
• Prepare HR MIS and reports covering headcount, hiring, attrition, payroll, and other key HR metrics.
• Partner with business leaders and Finance to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, controls, and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant HR Operations experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, and
• Compliance.
• Good knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory regulations.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
