Job Description
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled CAD Designer with hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD and DIALux Evo to join our lighting design and project planning team.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing lighting layouts, electrical drawings, lighting simulations and technical drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Freshers with good software knowledge and a strong interest in lighting design are welcome to apply.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare 2D layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create lighting layouts based on architectural and interior drawings.
- Prepare lighting simulations and 3D visualisations using DIALux Evo.
- Perform lux calculations and illumination planning.
- Identify and mark lighting points, switch points and basic electrical provisions.
- Assist in preparing electrical layouts and lighting circuit plans.
- Coordinate with the project and execution teams.
- Prepare lighting fixture schedules and technical specifications.
- Revise drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Required SkillsHands-on knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Practical knowledge of DIALux Evo is preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical planning and lighting layouts.
- Understanding of lighting concepts such as COB, track lights, profile lights, strip lights and panel lights.
- Basic knowledge of lux levels, CCT, CRI and beam angles.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- EligibilityDiploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Interior Design preferred.
- Freshers with good AutoCAD and DIALux knowledge can apply.
- Candidates with previous lighting design experience will have an added advantage.
