Job Description
Role: Generate sales, convert enquiries and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.
- Attend and follow up on all enquiries promptly.
- Conduct effective product presentations and test rides.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM/DMS accurately.
- Explain finance, insurance, exchange and other offers to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, grooming and customer service.
Ideal Candidate: 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably automobile/2-wheeler sales. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
