Job Description

The Banquet Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all banquet and event operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Review banquet orders (BEOs) and event requirements.

Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and event planners to ensure all details are accurately communicated.

Conduct Pre-event meetings with staff and relevant departments.

Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events.

Ensure guests receive professional and courteous service.

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and workplace safety regulations.
