Barista – Chalo Fika CoffeeLocation: Bachupally, Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Job Description: Chalo Fika Coffee is looking for a serious, skilled, and responsible Barista who is passionate about coffee and can independently handle day-to-day café operations.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of practical barista experience and good knowledge of both espresso-based and manual brewing coffees.

• ResponsibilitiesPrepare high-quality Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Café Latte, Mocha and other coffee beverages.
• Experience with manual brewing methods such as V60, French Press, Pour Over, etc. is preferred.
• Operate and maintain a professional espresso machine and coffee grinder.
• Understand espresso extraction, coffee dosage, grinding and milk steaming.
• Prepare proper milk texture and basic latte art.
• Prepare hot coffees, iced coffees, frappes and other café beverages.
• Maintain consistent taste, presentation and portion sizes.
• Keep the coffee station, equipment and work area clean and hygienic.
• Handle ingredients carefully and minimize wastage.
• Maintain stock and inform management when ingredients or supplies are running low.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.
• Handle billing and cash responsibly when required.
• Follow Chalo Fika recipes and preparation standards.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of Barista experience is required.
• Must have hands-on experience preparing and brewing coffee.
• Should know how to operate an espresso machine and grinder.
• Manual brewing knowledge is an advantage.
• Should be serious about the job, punctual, disciplined and responsible.
• Must be willing to learn and maintain Chalo Fika's quality standards.
• Should be comfortable working independently when required.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Candidates looking for a stable and long-term position are preferred.

Salary Range: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000/month

Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, coffee knowledge, brewing skills and practical performance.
