Billing Executive

About the Role:

Choudhary Jewellers is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy billing executive to manage billing and payment-related activities at our jewelry showroom. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate bills, handling payments, maintaining records, and assisting with smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate customer bills and invoices for jewelry purchases.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
• Verify product details, quantities, rates, discounts, and applicable charges before billing.
• Maintain daily billing and transaction records.
• Handle cash collection and ensure proper cash reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer bills and orders.
• Assist customers with billing-related queries.
• Maintain records of sales, payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure proper documentation for jewelry purchases and transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
• Support the showroom team with day-to-day administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of basic computer operations.
• Familiarity with billing software and MS Excel will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Honest, reliable, and responsible.
• Ability to handle cash and payment transactions carefully.
• Previous experience in jewelry, retail, billing, or accounting will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good computer and communication skills may also apply.
