Event, Facility & Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, and highly proactive Event, Facility & Business Development Manager to oversee the business operations and growth initiatives at Vijay Tennis Academy and L’Oeuf Café.

The role requires an outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly when engaging with corporates, local communities, sports enthusiasts, and potential business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Business Development: Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporates to generate bookings for corporate tennis events, team-building activities, sports days, and other experiences.
• End-to-End Event Management: Conceptualise, plan, organise, and execute events, taking complete ownership from initial discussions and budgeting through coordination and final delivery.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with local communities, residential societies, schools, and organisations to proactively develop and conduct community-based activities and events.
• Café Business Development: Drive sales and footfall at L’Oeuf Café through promotional activities, partnerships, themed events, corporate engagements, and community initiatives.
• Facility & Operations Management: Oversee the overall facility experience, ensure smooth day-to-day coordination, and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Strategy to Execution: Identify new revenue opportunities, develop business ideas, create actionable plans, and take complete ownership of execution and measurable outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate:

A confident, well-presented individual with a charming and approachable personality, excellent interpersonal and networking skills, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to independently drive initiatives. Prior experience in event management, hospitality, sales, business development, or facility management would be an advantage.
