Business Development Manager (BDM)

Kotcharla Design & Infra is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad , Bhuvaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the medical, sports, residential, and commercial infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales and revenue.
• Manage on going projects in vizag
• Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, schools, sports academies, real estate developers, and corporate businesses.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as builders, doctors, architects, and government officials.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Collaborate with the internal design and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or Civil Engineering preferred.

• Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or architectural industry.
• Strong network and connections in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel across Hyderabad for client meetings and business expansion.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
