🚨 We’re Hiring – Experienced Café Staff (Tealogy Café)

We are looking for fresher/experienced and responsible café staff who can handle daily operations efficiently and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Position: Café Staff (Full-Time)

Location: Narayanguda

Role Overview:

The role involves managing customer service, preparing menu items, and ensuring smooth café operations during both regular and peak hours. The candidate should be able to work with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking customer orders accurately and handling billing
• Preparing and serving tea, shakes, snacks, and other café items as per standard recipes
• Maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, service area, and equipment at all times
• Managing rush hours efficiently without compromising service quality
• Supporting overall café operations and teamwork
• Following the opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a café, tea outlet, or quick service restaurant
• Must have knowledge of common café menu items and preparation methods
• Ability to work fast and handle pressure during peak hours
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Good communication skills (Telugu/Hindi; basic English preferred)
• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible

Work Details:

• Full-time role
• 2 weekly offs per month
• Flexible shifts, including weekends
