Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and nurture relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a point of contact for clients, ensure their satisfaction, and help drive business growth through excellent service and relationship management.

• Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Understand client needs and provide timely solutions
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and business growth
• Assist in onboarding new clients and conducting follow-up sessions
• Promote new services or products to existing clients
• Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Executive or similar role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and a client-focused attitude
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred Skills:Fluency in English and regional languages
• Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
