Role Description

We are looking for a polite, disciplined, and responsible Telecaller / CRM Executive for Properties. The role involves first-level calling, customer follow-ups, CRM updates, lead status tracking, and site visit coordination.

The candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers professionally, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales team with timely customer coordination.

Main Responsibilities

Call new leads and collect basic customer requirements.

Follow up with interested customers on time.

Maintain CRM updates, lead status, and customer remarks.

Coordinate site visits with customers and sales team.

Share daily follow-up and lead update reports.

Support the sales team with customer coordination.

Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills.

Polite and professional phone manner.

Basic computer knowledge.

Comfortable using CRM / Excel.

Good follow-up discipline and time management.

Real estate calling experience preferred, but not compulsory.

Should be sincere, organized, and responsible.

Preferred Profile

A candidate who can speak clearly, maintain customer data properly, follow up without delay, and coordinate smoothly with the sales team. Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
