Customer Care Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables: 

·      Listening to and understanding the dealer’s requirements.

·      Provide product / service details to dealers.

·      Using front end empowerment Website as authorized to provide correct information.

·      Book order form dealer as per requirement

·      Capture correct information where ever required.

·      Prepare daily Stock and sales related reports

·      Timely and accurate capturing all the information given by/to the customer.

·      Staying current with knowledge of products/ processes & services offered by the client.·      Ensure full adherence to all the quality parameters.  ·      Cooperate with other Team members, SMEs and Team Leaders.·      Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.·      Escalating the call to the team leader / manager, wherever desirable

PERSON SPECIFICATION: 

Qualifications:Must be a Pursuing  graduate or graduate *

Experience:Freshers

*In case suitable under-graduate resources deemed fit for the profile, service provider can deploy the resources only after explicit approval from the authorized person in the bank. In any case under graduates deployed should not exceed 50% total CSAs.

Age: 18 years onwards

Aptitude: Process orientation, Systems thinking.

Key Competencies: Awareness on banking and banking products Good  communication skills, have pleasing telephone etiquettes, Customer focus, and willingness to learn, ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
