Customer Care Executive – Diagnostics

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle calls and enquiries related to diagnostic laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to diagnostic tests and laboratory services.
• Explain lab tests, test procedures, preparation requirements and precautions to customers.
• Provide information about test availability, pricing, bookings and appointments.
• Follow up with leads received through WhatsApp, calls and marketing campaigns.
• Schedule and coordinate diagnostic test appointments.
• Coordinate with the laboratory team for customer requirements and bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead details.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and diagnostic services.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Prior experience in Diagnostic Labs is mandatory.
• Must have knowledge of laboratory test procedures and their precautions.
• Should have knowledge of commonly performed diagnostic laboratory tests.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Should be able to clearly explain test-related information to customers.
• Experience handling diagnostic-related calls and enquiries is preferred.

Candidates without prior Diagnostic Lab experience will not be considered.
