Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :


  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information via phone calls and Emails.
  • Process orders & Scheme, answer questions about products, and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, empathetic, and professional.
  • Data management 

Job Requirements :


  • 0-6 years of experience in retail or telecalling industry with focus on customer handling.
  • Strong knowledge of gems & jewellery products or similar retail sector.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective voice processing and customer relationship building.
