Job Description
Role: Non-Voice Customer Support Executive
Department: Customer Support / Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through chat, email.
- Respond to customer requests accurately and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues within the given turnaround time.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.
- Perform basic data entry and documentation as required.
