Job Description
- Associate Customer Support – Voice | Hyderabad
- Role: Customer Support – Voice Process
- Qualification: UG/Graduate, any discipline
- Languages: English & Hindi mandatoryKannada/Tamil/Malayalam preferred
- Communication: Strong fluency, pronunciation, comprehension, tone and clarity
- SVAR: 48+
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Work: Inbound & outbound customer calls
- Working Days: 5 days + 2 rotational weekly offs after training
- Shifts:Male: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Female: Rotational day shifts
- Working Hours: 10 hours login, including 9 hours production
- Key Skills: Customer handling, verbal/written communication, problem-solving and customer-centric approach
- Employment: Permanent
- Work Mode: Work from office
