Debt Recovery Agent

Job Role: Debt Recovery Agent (Field Collection) LOACTION

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Debt Recovery Agent to join our collections team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting customer locations, meeting with overdue borrowers, and recovering outstanding payments effectively while maintaining professionalism.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 (Based on experience and skills)
• Average Incentives: ₹4,000+ per month (Performance-based, uncapped incentives depending on collection volumes)
• Additional Perks: Travel allowances / Fuel reimbursement

Core Responsibilities

• Field Visits: Visit customers' homes and business locations to follow up on overdue payments.
• Payment Recovery: Convince, negotiate, and collect outstanding debts from customers.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries and grievances politely while emphasizing the importance of timely repayment.
• Documentation: Provide proper receipts or acknowledgment for payments collected and accurately update the collection status in the system.
• Reporting: Maintain daily visit logs and report collection progress to the team leader/manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: 10th pass, 12th pass, or Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in field collection, debt recovery, sales, or field operations. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Android Phone: Must possess an Android smartphone for daily official logging.

Work Location

• Field-based: Requires extensive travelling within assigned local territories.
