About the Role:

Speed Housing is hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to drive online visibility, lead generation, and brand growth in the real estate/housing space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Manage and grow the brand's presence across social media, website, and email channels
• Implement SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve rankings
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
• Create and optimize content — posts, ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI)
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend across channels
• Support outreach and lead-generation efforts, including WhatsApp/email marketing
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency in content, research, and campaign execution
• Coordinate with sales and leadership to align campaigns with business goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and content marketing
• Proficiency in Canva and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
• Good analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Strong communication and outreach skills
• Prior experience in real estate/housing marketing is a plus
