We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies, paid advertising campaigns, social media activities, and online brand promotions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of performance marketing, campaign management, content planning, and digital analytics.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage social media pages, including content planning, post scheduling, promotions, and audience engagement.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars, social media posts, creatives, and campaign themes.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, engagement, CPC, CPL, ROI, and other key metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, video teams, and external agencies for marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online visibility.
• Track website and campaign analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing opportunities.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and marketing dashboards for management.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
• Experience in planning and managing digital campaigns from concept to execution.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools will be an added advantage.
• EligibilityBachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–10 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Online Marketing.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign management, social media, and lead generation will be preferred.
