Front Office Executive – AIG Hospitals
Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
Register patients and maintain records.
Schedule and manage appointments.
Handle phone calls and patient inquiries.
Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments.
Manage billing-related guidance and front desk operations.
Ensure excellent patient service and smooth hospital workflow.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
