Job Description
About the Role
We are hiring a Field Auditor to review credit and operational processes across our microfinance portfolio. This role involves regular branch visits, checking documents, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Location: Hyderabad & Karim Nagar
Key Responsibilities
- Visit branches as per the audit schedule
- Review loan files, customer documentation and underwriting quality
- Check compliance with MFI and microfinance product norms
- Verify field processes, collections and customer authenticity
- Share audit observations and follow up for closure
- Prepare clear and timely audit reports
- Travel across assigned regions and cover 18 to 20 branches per quarter
Key Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year experience in Microfinance, MFI or similar products
- Strong understanding of credit, field audits and documentation
- Local language fluency is mandatory
- Finance background preferred
- Experience in banking or fintech is a plus
- Must be comfortable with extensive travel
