Job Description

· Coordinate workforce transportation, joining formalities, and deployment logistics to client sites.
· Oversee documentation, verification, and compliance processes.
· Ensure timely replacement, attendance monitoring, and retention coordination.
· Maintain recruitment MIS, deployment tracking, and performance reporting.
