Job Description
- Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, campus drives, walk-in events, and local networking.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Explain job roles, company policies, salary, and benefits to candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and follow up regularly.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and local communities to generate candidate leads.
- Collect and verify candidate documents.
- Prepare recruitment reports and update applicant tracking records.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
