Job Description

Sales Executive – Chateau Decor

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join Chateau Decor and drive sales growth across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and interior professionals.
  • Generate new leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings and market development.
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively present Chateau Decor products.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Follow up on leads, orders, payments, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, interiors, laminates, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
