Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Milk Analyzers, Milk Collection Equipment, Weighing Scales, Data Processing Units, and related spare parts to dairy farms, milk collection centers, dairy cooperatives, and distributors. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit dairy farms, milk collection centers, dairy societies, and distributors regularly.
• Promote and sell Milk Analyzers, FAT & SNF Testing Equipment, AMCU systems, weighing scales, and spare parts.
• Identify new customers and generate sales leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate sales agreements.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the service team for installations and after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales activity reports.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable equipment and spare parts.
• RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Dairy Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in dairy equipment, agricultural equipment, or industrial products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic understanding of milk testing equipment and dairy operations is preferred.
• Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license.
