We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our customer and distributor network. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, visiting clients, promoting lighting solutions, developing distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

💡 Visit residential, commercial, and business customers to promote lighting products and solutions.

🤝 Generate new leads and develop relationships with potential customers and businesses.

🏢 Identify opportunities for domestic and commercial lighting projects.

📊 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.

📞 Conduct regular client visits, meetings, product discussions, and sales follow-ups.

🛍️ Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and other business partners.

🎯 Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

💬 Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and applications to customers.

🔎 Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

📝 Maintain customer details, sales updates, and regular field activity reports.

🚀 Support the company in expanding its market presence and customer base.

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, as per skill and experience

🎯 Incentive: ₹25,000 as per performance
