Job Description: Society Activation & Sales ExecutiveBrand: Agrofield
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Sales & Marketing
About the RoleAgrofield is expanding its presence in Hyderabad through our newly launched Blinkit channel. We are looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-oriented individual to manage society activations and promote our products in residential communities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct promotional activities and product sampling in residential societies across Hyderabad.
- Interact with residents, explain Agrofield's wood-pressed oils and other healthy food products, and generate interest.
- Drive sales and encourage residents to purchase Agrofield products through Blinkit.
- Coordinate with society management and RWAs to organize stalls and promotional events.
- Communicate product benefits effectively and answer customer queries.
- Track daily sales, customer engagement, leads, and activation performance.
- RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Confident in approaching and engaging with new people.
- Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel across Hyderabad for society activations.
- Prior experience in field sales, promotions, FMCG, or brand activations is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
