THEREAL VENTURES is a fast-growing retail and distribution company focused on natural health and wellness products across India. We operate through retail outlets, tele-sales, and digital marketing channels to serve a wide customer base. We collaborate with Wellwith, a premium direct-to-consumer wellness brand offering Himalayan sea buckthorn-based products. Our team focuses on customer engagement, relationship management, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for energetic, self-driven individuals to join us as a Field Sales Executive. This is a dual role combining field sales and tele-sales. In the field, you will build partnerships with organic stores and represent the brand at events and exhibitions. When in the office, you will drive sales through calling activity and customer follow-ups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Field Sales

• Travel to any location or area assigned by the company to carry out sales and business development activities

• Identify, visit, and collaborate with multiple organic and natural product stores to promote and grow sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and channel partners

• Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required by the company

• Showcase products, explain features and benefits, and generate leads and orders on the spot

• Share field feedback, market insights, and competitor information with the team

Tele-Sales (when in office)

• Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers to promote products and generate sales

• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate product information

• Follow up with previous leads and customers to improve

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain and update customer records, lead status, follow-ups, and order details in the CRM system

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery

• Meet assigned sales and performance targets

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline

• 12 months of experience in field sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles preferred (FMCG, retail, or wellness experience is an added advantage)

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel may also apply

• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu preferred

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and hold a valid driving licence

• Willing to travel and work in different areas as assigned

• Confident, presentable, and comfortable with negotiation and customer interactions

WORK DETAILS & COMPENSATION

• Location: Office in Begumpet, Hyderabad (field travel as assigned)

• Work Mode: Field work plus office-based tele-sales

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month in-hand + Performance Bonus (based on performance)
