Job Description
* Welcome and greet every client warmly, creating a positive first impression at the reception
* Engage with clients once seated, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to
Client Identification & Registration
* Identify whether the client is new or existing and proceed accordingly
* Collect and record complete basic details for first-time clients accurately
Coordination & Guidance
* Inform the Center Manager about new client visits and follow instructions for further handling
* Guide clients to the respective counselor’s cabin for consultation as directed
Appointment Management
* Manage appointments efficiently, including booking, rescheduling, and confirmations
Billing & Documentation
* Prepare and hand over all types of bills accurately, including service, package, and product bills
* Issue required documents such as bonds for UHR and IB probing clients as per protocol
Client Delight & Closure
* Provide return gifts to clients as per the package purchased and ensure proper billing coordination
