Job Description


Position: Front Office Executive

Open Positions-2

Experience: 0-5 years

Location: Boduppal / Canara Nagar, Hyderabad


Job Responsibilities:


  1. Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
  2. Handle incoming calls and respond to basic inquiries.
  3. Manage patient appointments and registration.
  4. Maintain patient records and front office documentation.
  5. Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth operations.
  6. Provide information and guidance to patients regarding hospital services.
  7. Ensure the reception area is organised and well-maintained.


Required Skills:


  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
  3. Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Positive attitude and a patient-friendly approach.


Eligibility:


  • Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
  • Minimum qualification: Any degree.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
