ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable and production-ready web applications using the MERN stack.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend, designing APIs, working with databases, integrating third-party services, and deploying applications. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to design, build, and improve features end-to-end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.

* Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.

* Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

* Design and optimize data models and queries using MongoDB.

* Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

* Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.

* Identify and troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.

* Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

* Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features.

* Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and application security.

* Monitor and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.

* Take ownership of features from development through deployment and maintenance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

* 2–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

* Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack:

* MongoDB

* Express.js

* React.js

* Node.js

 • Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.

 • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development.

 • Experience with authentication mechanisms such as JWT/OAuth.

 • Good understanding of database design and MongoDB optimization.

 • Experience with Git and standard software development practices.

 • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development.

 • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

 • Good understanding of software development lifecycle and production deployments.

GOOD TO HAVE

* Experience with TypeScript.

* Experience with Next.js.

* Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.

* Hands-on experience with Docker.

* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

* Experience with Redis, message queues, or caching systems.

* Experience building applications that handle high traffic or large datasets.

* Familiarity with microservices architecture.

* Experience with automated testing using Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
