Neon Adda is looking for a practical and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create simple, clean, and production-ready designs for neon LED signs. The role focuses on fast execution, accurate layouts, customer revisions, and designs that can be directly used for cutting and manufacturing.

• 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create custom neon LED sign designs based on customer requirements.
• Design text-based layouts including names, quotes, logos, and custom messages.
• Prepare designs in production-ready formats for cutting and manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate size, spacing, alignment, and proportions according to actual board dimensions.
• Make quick and accurate changes based on client feedback and revision requests.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are practical and easy to manufacture.
• Check designs carefully before sending them for production.
• Handle multiple design orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Optimize designs according to production requirements and available materials.
• Ensure final designs are clean, simple, accurate, and ready for execution.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Practical and execution-focused Graphic Designer with good knowledge of CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of text layout, spacing, sizing, and alignment.
• Able to understand how a design will be produced and make practical design decisions.
• Fast learner with the ability to handle multiple customer orders.
• Comfortable with regular revisions and deadline-based work.
• Basic English understanding to read customer requirements.
• Degree is not mandatory; practical design skills are more important.
• Portfolio may be optional; a practical/live design test may be conducted.
• 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:
• 💵 Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
• 📈 Salary based on skill and experience
