GST & Accounts Associate

We are Enclaro Advisors LLP, a Hyderabad-based boutique firm working on GST advisory, litigation, transaction advisory, due diligence, and SME IPO mandates. We are a small, high-output team where every person handles real client work across multiple industries. There is no bench here.

If you have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in GST or accounts, can manage client files independently, and want to grow in a fast-paced advisory environment, this role is for you.

Your day-to-day:

• GST return filing and review across a portfolio of clients (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C)
• ITC reconciliation, GSTR-2B vs books matching, and discrepancy resolution
• Supporting GST audit responses, departmental notice handling, and appeal documentation
• Document compilation, data verification, and checklist management for due diligence assignments
• Regular client coordination for data, clarifications, and deadline follow-ups
• Assisting on transaction advisory and SME IPO compliance tasks as needed
• Maintaining clean, well-organised working files for every engagement
• Collaborating directly with senior team members on active client matters

Who we are looking for:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA graduates or CA / CMA dropouts
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a CA firm, tax practice, or accounts role
• Solid working knowledge of GST law, return filing procedures, and ITC rules
• Comfortable with Tally and Excel for day-to-day work
• Able to independently handle multiple client files without constant supervision
• Not suitable for candidates currently pursuing CA
