At PrivePlex, we help people celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, movie parties, and other special occasions uniquely.

No prior experience required! If you have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the willingness to learn, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll be doing

• Talk to customers over calls and WhatsApp to understand their celebration plans.
• Help customers choose the right lounge, package, food options and add-ons.
• Guide customers through their booking journey and answer their questions.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Build good relationships with customers and help them make the most of their PrivePlex experience.

What we’re looking for

• Good spoken English and a confident communication style.
• Ability to understand what a customer wants rather than simply reading out prices.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and improve with feedback.
• A positive attitude and the drive to perform well.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer applications.

Freshers are welcome! Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or telecalling is an advantage, but not mandatory.
