Job Description
Guest Service Executive
The Guest Service Executive will be responsible for managing guest relationships, handling online review management, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests.
- Respond to and manage guest reviews across online platforms.
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with hotel departments and external service providers.
- Monitor and improve hotel operational processes.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.
- Good understanding of hotel operations and process management.
- Experience in guest relations, review management, or hospitality is preferred.
