HR Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Executive to join our team at Ashoka FranMark. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, maintaining employee relations, ensuring adherence to office rules, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and hire candidates as per departmental and office requirements.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure implementation of office policies and rules.
• Promote a healthy and professional work culture through regular communication and team engagement.
• Address and resolve team conflicts or grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Ensure seamless coordination between departments for smooth workflow.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest initiatives to improve workplace morale.
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance processes.
